factory dash mounted tachometer from a 1965 Plymouth Barracuda Formula S.  Goes up to 6,000 RPM.  Wires on back look like they have been cut about 3" away from the terminals, shouldn't be hard to splice onto them.  Part numbers 815778 and 2631870.
